Digital Products (Kundli PDF Reports)
Since our Kundli reports and astrological PDFs are digitally generated and delivered instantly upon payment, cancellations are not possible once the report has been generated and sent to your registered email. If your report has NOT been generated yet (due to a technical delay), you may contact us within 30 minutes of payment to request a cancellation.
Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation: • Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. • No further charges will be made. • Unused days in the current cycle are non-refundable unless covered under our refund policy below.
Free Tools
All 51+ free tools on ApnaRashifal are completely free of charge. No payment is involved, so no cancellation is applicable.

Eligible Refund Scenarios
We offer a full refund in the following cases: • Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same order. • Non-delivery: Report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment due to a technical issue on our end. • Incorrect report: The report generated contains details not matching the birth information you provided, due to a system error (not data entry error by you). • Payment gateway error: Amount was debited but order was not created.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases: • You changed your mind after the report was delivered. • The report was generated correctly but did not match your expectations. • Incorrect birth details were provided by you (wrong date, time, or place). • Refund request made after 7 days of purchase. • Subscription fees for the current active billing cycle (except duplicate charge cases).
Refund Process & Timeline
To request a refund: 1. Email us at support@apnarashifal.com with your Order ID and reason. 2. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours. 3. If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. 4. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking). Razorpay (our payment partner) may take additional 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
